WHY I love coaching?

I love learning and personal growth.

I have been working as a marketing and business leader for over 23 years.

​

I have experienced:

• working in multinational leading companies like Microsoft and startups

• leading teams in Asia Pacific and collaborating closely with HQ in UK/US

• the traditional career ladder from a junior advertising executive, marketing director and all the way to deputy CEO, COO, and CMO

It looks smooth but it's not. There were many challenges throughout the journey. That includes role elimination for 3 times due to company restructuring. Yet every time I figured the way to move on to do bigger things and achieve more of what I desire.​​​

When I was working in the corporate world, I realised that the success of any companies or brands are determined by the people behind them. If the employees do well, the companies will do well as a result. ​

During my self-rediscovery journey in the past few years, I realised that the reasons why I could help companies transform is my ability to inspire people to change to support the company growth while aligning with their personal goals.

That gave me the deepest joy because when they grow and the world around them becomes better. And when they grow, I and the world around me becomes better too.​​​​
